I have years of experience in providing a bespoke form of reflexology and Indian head massage in West Hampstead and Garston, Watford. Treatment is always adapted to whatever needs you have, from specific services like lymphatic drainage reflexology to a more general holistic treatment that restores the body to a state of homeostasis. We all have tension trapped in our body, leading to feelings of fatigue and stress, and my reflexology treatment facilitates the release of this energy, enabling you to feel more comfortable and rested.

You do not have to remove any clothing apart from shoes and socks for reflexology. Before starting, I will go through the questionnaire again and run you through what to expect from treatment. I will target particular areas you need help with ahead of giving you some time to decompress once the session is over, along with supplying aftercare advice where appropriate.
Clients are usually in a state of deep relaxation following treatment, and you might even feel like sleeping, which is a good sign, as this is evidence of your body rebalancing itself. Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee, and heavy foods for 48 hours after treatment. If you want to know how others have found their reflexology and Indian head massage treatments, you can read my testimonials.
If you are receiving reflexology in order to relax and destress, it may be that you only come for a one-off treatment, or perhaps visit once a month as a way of maintaining a sense of balance in your mind and body. However, if you are coming to me with a specific issue, such as hormonal issues or IBS, I will usually recommend a course of four to six consecutive weekly appointments. We will review progress every three or four weeks.
